FTs overtaking Singapore, Opposition Parties need to integrate New Citizens for votes

The Opposition parties have to start thinking of policies and ways to get support from the newly converted PRs(FT). These foreigners however not born and bred here will be part of Singapore no matter we like it or not. If the government policy is to take in more of them and convert them to citizens I think the opposition parties especially must start to reach out to this new citizens.

These newly converted citizens will/already suffer the same fate/challengers most singaporeans do. All the price hike, incompetent ministers etc will impact their lives here too. We always think that new citizen will vote for the PAP but think again, once you cross the river would you still want the floodgate to be open for others who have not?

They came here because their own countries have too much of themselves, why would they want more of themselves coming over? There are PRs who have been with Singapore for at least 10-15years and they are also complaining about the newly flooded workforce. More of them means harder to get payrise, promotions and harder to get cheaper rent and lower priced properties.

So my suggestions to the WP and all other opposition parties, reach out to them now. come out with policies and suggestions that will benefit both true blue and migrated Singaporean. The flood gate will close one day. And when it does whoever got more support from the converted citizens will win the election.

Come 2016.. No matter you are new citizen or true blue singaporeans.. lets work together and vote the PAP out. Bring back the old Singapore. It is pointless to be first world country when we lose our heritage as Singaporeans. 6.5m people.. great, just great.
