Did the PAP use PR’s to inflate the HDB prices?

Citizens, fellow brothers and sisters, have you ever wondered why the PAP allows PR’s to lease HDB flats that are in the resale market?

Have you ever wondered, if there is a valid justification for PR’s to make a profit by selling or renting the HDB flat out, while a Singaporean is homeless even though he/she is a citizen of Singapore?

Have you ever wondered why the PAP government does not give you the actual number of TRUE BLUE SINGAPOREANS, but instead they choose to lump PR+Singaporean and report them as Singaporeans.

PR+Singaporean = Singaporeans.

Have you ever wondered why the PAP government is so tight lipped over the actual cost of building a HDB flat?

Now here’s a possibility, Singaporeans are actually a minority in their own country that is why they will not give you the actual Singaporean count.

Given that assumption and the fact that the PAP opened the flood gates to foreigners, who are PRs now and they having a HDB flat would result in HDB prices escalating as we have seen over the last few years.

With the surge of PR’s, one can make the assumption that they indirectly contribute to escalating HDB costs.

Now as we all know, the PR’s see the HDB flat as a cash cow, and many have made a few hundred thousands dollars in profit, and I know them personally.

With prices being pushed upwards, and Singaporeans blowing their entire CPF money on these leasehold flats, Singaporeans will end up with a HDB liability, because of the huge debt commitment.

Now to test the above, we can explore the option to disallow PR’s from selling or renting out their HDB flat for a profit.

And when they sell the HDB flat, to leave the country, they can only sell it at the price they bought it at, and they should not be able to make a profit out of that sale.

With this approach, I am quite sure we can see HDB prices stabilizing and coming down to realistic levels eventually.

If PR’s are keen, they can become a Singaporean or they can go speculate in private property.

To date, no PAP member has questioned the PAP on why PR’s can lease a HDB flat from the open market, what is the justification or the reason behind it?

So my fellow Singaporeans, I hope you now know why, you paid sky high prices for that leasehold flat from HDB.

Vote for any opposition, the PAP has to be the minority party in parliament!

Cheers

Sam
