As a resident of Sembawang, I am most happy that there is going to be a contest.I have been living here for almost 10 years and I have never seen any of my MPs before. Why I really don't know.Maybe its becoz people who sees their MP means they have problems. In that sense I guess not seeing yr MP is OK.
SO what have the MPs here done.Again I don't know. The only consolation now is that Mr Khaw Boon Wan is coming here. Being a minister means Sembawang can be better taken care of as compared to others. I personally think that we should give the opposition a chance to spk.If they are credible people then we should give them a chance. But the thought of Mr Chee Soon Juan coming here realyy pissed me off. Until today I can still see the image of him shouting at Mr Goh Chok Tong at a mkt/hawker centre in the last election. Look we are not Taiwan or some other countries where politicians fight on TV.
Mr Chee should know better than to do what he did the last time.Anyway with him here, I have no doubt PAP will win hands down.
WHO WILL WIN IN SEMBAWANG?

My 2 cents worth of opinion.
