Derek Wee ("one of many wretched, undermotivated, overassuming leeches in our country" as alleged by Wee Shu Min):-Verdict: Not guilty.
Being a productive tax paying member of the Republic of Singapore, it is unlikely that any of the definitions are relevant despite Wee Shu Min's heinous allegations.
Wee Shu Min:-Verdict: Guilty of being a leech on 3 counts.
Non productive member of society who doesn't contribute to tax revenues. Off spring of a reasonably affluent politician who has been granted a scholarship at tax payers' expense. Obviously, these tax revenues should have been put to better use by funding a more intelligent, less emotionally retarded person who otherwise would not have the necessary resources to finance their tertiary education and would more likely contribute back to society instead of engaging in mindless rantings and diatribes.
Wee Siew Kim:-Verdict: Guilty of being a leech on 2 counts.
Back bencher MP who rode into parliament via the coat tails of the incumbent PM through the flawed GRC system. Like all other PAP MPs who sailed into office without having to contest in any election, he is of course drawing a huge salary (by world standards) despite having to contribute nothing. As yet, he is still unknown for any significant contributions to society. Best known for publicly defending the bigoted views of his own daughter while likely being the party guilty of inculcating such values privately.
Brava!
ReplyDelete"Leech" indeed seems appropriate, especially if all our (new) MPs seems to be doing ever since taking up office is attending hip hop classes, criticising honest opinion writers on Today newspaper, pissing off the WB-IMF officials, not forgetting our neighbouring countries by looking down on THIER govt systems, defending their elitist uncaring daughters while accusing others of personal invasion of privacy on internet blogs!
Forget about demanding that Temasek gives an accounting of the Shin Corp affair. Too complicated, maybe its not their job anyway as it's a commercial affair (with the Singapore People's money as investment though).
What a wonderful track record since the May elections.
Brava!
Do you know who is the Greatest Leech in Singapore?
ReplyDeleteThe one guilty of being a leech on thousands of counts?
Well said! This is why the GRC system is a failure and should be scrapped immediately!
ReplyDeleteI protest using our tax payers' money to sponsor scholarship for these already filthy rich leeches. Dad deserves no pride in coming in as as MP via the coat-tails of bigwigs. Damned this whole elitist system which will sooner or later cause enough resent in the sadder class masses to have a real nasty backlash.
ReplyDeletemoneytalk-cracy is good .... no one owe u a living... so die lah.. wise words ... cant wait for LKY to die .... then ready no one owe PAP a living...
ReplyDeletepap scumbag,
ReplyDeleteunless you don't pay any taxes, you will always owe the pap a living.
... and even if you don't pay taxes, you will probably end up paying for it with time in the jail cell for tax evasion.
so unfortunately that brings us back to square one... there isn't really much choice except owe the pap a living of course.
This is why CSJ is so hated and feared among the PAP inner circle. The people generally know the truth behind their shenanigans. But dare not do anything about it for the fear of reprisals. Enough of CSJs floating around and the country will be galvanized do something about to stop the PAP exploitation of its citizens.
ReplyDeletehmmm re the above about 'owing a living'. i'd always thought that we were inculcated that govt / system does not owe Us a living ... so ... why the heck must we owe THEM anything ???
