PAP rally @ Yio Chu Kang stadium

Hi fellow forummers, I went to PAP's rally at YCK stadium on Fri and I have concluded that I WILL NOT VOTE PAP even if eligible! Below are my reasons -

1) The PAP team, in particular Wee Siew Kim, disgraced himself by repeatedly asking "Do you want AMK GRC to become like Hougang?!" This is very shameful from an MP. With due respect, Hougang isn't much worse of, if it is, than AMK. The flats at Kebun Bahru, YCK and Chengsan have yet to have LUP, AMK's bus interchange/central hub has taken too long to finish. Some of AMK's flats even look more run-down than Hougang's! Hougang even can boast a Heartland Mall! What do we have?? Oh yes, we do have Jubilee, the cinema that NOBODY visits! Mr Wee, please do not shame yourself any further!

2) Your role as an MP is not only to serve AMK GRC people, but also the people of Singapore! Otherwise, go Parliament for what?? PM Lee is asking us to vote not as GRC or SMC residents, but as Singapore residents! Since they say Hougang residents are worse of - What right have they got to criticise Hougang if they, as Singapore's MPs, have failed to help Hougang residents? Aren't they are also our fellow Singaporeans??

3) That Inderjit Singh like to talk alot of coq. Say that if AMK votes for him he will provide the alternative voice in parliament. Mr Singh, if you cannot think properly just shut up. In the end talk so much coq you are still PAP. If you so claim that you often oppose gahmen policies, why not defect to the Opposition?? After all, for all your adventurism, PM Lee will likely not give you a portfolio! At most become Speaker like Tan Soo Khoon!

4) PM Lee, for all his calibre, has been saying stupid things. I quote below -

""How will Sylvia Lim negotiate FTAs with our trading partners? George Yeo has initiated and concluded more than 10 of them. How will Tan Wui-Hua oversee the finances of the statutory boards? Lim Hwee Hua does this meticulously at the Ministry of Finance."

"How will Mohd Rahizan Yaacob raise the educational and social levels of the Malay community? How will James Gomez run a Town Council properly? How will Goh Meng Seng protect consumer interests and keep the cost of living down?"

PM Lee, Sylvia Lim not going to become foreign minister, Tan Wui Hua not going to become finance minister, Mohd Rahizan not going to bceome Education Minister, Goh Meng Seng not MAS Chairman.

PM liao still ask stupid questions! Very disgraceful!
