    singapore's foolish judge is Justice Choo han teck.

    he ruled that all mentally retarded girl can now be rape !!! reason is justice choo said in any rape trial, the testimony of the complainant is vital in establishing whether or not the sex was consensual.

    do u know any mentally retarded girl , i am rape ? with the new ruling, the victism need to proof that she is raped . ha ha coming from a high court judge, his reason is weak comparing a normal girl to a mentally retarded girltestimony with the same weight.

    It helps to slow down economic activity and in the longer term, reduce Inflation.

    Thank you very much Singapore Government for doing the right thing, RAISING PRICES TO SUCK UP Excess Liquidity.
